GSOFT is looking for a technical support specialist for their Sharegate team!
A typical day would include:
- Offer the best technical support to all Sharegate product users
- Help clients adopt best practices
- Adapt and enhance communication with the team and clients
- Communicate efficiently in English and French
- Use your creativity to help Sharegate and GSOFT innovate
- Collaborate with developers, salespeople, and technical support team
- Work with the best team in Quebec…and the world!
Our ideal candidate:
- Is curious
- Is passionate about new technology
- Understands the Microsoft ecosystem (ideally SharePoint and computing infrastructure)
- Has 2 to 4 years experience in technical application support
- Is ready to provide exceptional client support without limiting him/herself to our tool
- Is interested in working as a team and constantly taking things to the next level
- Is ready to improve on a consistent basis thanks to the help of the team

- Is perfectly bilingual (English and French)
