GSOFT is looking for a developer specializing in level-3 support for their team dedicated to serving customers of their Officevibe product. This is a tool that helps improve corporate culture and employee engagement.

A typical day:

  • Investigating and resolving app-related problems
  • Answering questions about the advanced use of Officevibe
  • Interacting with the customer to help them
  • Performing preventive monitoring on the proper functioning of the system
  • Improving the customer support tools
  • Sorting requests based on the issues received
  • Collaborating with the functional support team

Our ideal candidate:

  • Is a programmer who likes solving problems of all sorts
  • Knows how to simplify a problem as well as its solution
  • Is rigorous in their approach and in the methodologies used
  • Likes to challenge the status quo to improve the practices of their team
  • Has technical expertise in web technologies (React, ASP.NET, MongoDB)
  • Is perfectly bilingual, both oral and written (English and French)
