GSOFT is seeking a Developer who is a Level-3 Support Specialist for its Sharegate team.

A Typical Day:

  • Act as technical specialist for the technical support team in first line
  • Solve complex problems using diagnostic tools
  • Investigate anomalies within our applications
  • Share, ask about and communicate the best practices with the team
  • Navigate though the Sharepoint ecosystem to respond to a wide array of questions
  • Work on several cases simultaneously

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Open to fast and continuous learning
  • Able to plan and organize their work by setting clear priorities
  • Meticulous and enjoys solving technological puzzles
  • Communicates effectively and perfectly bilingual (French and English)
  • Skilled at simplifying technical vocabulary
  • Experience in SharePoint development or infrastructure
  • Good knowledge of networking
  • Good knowledgeable of .NET platform
  • About 2 years experience in advanced application support
