Officevibe is looking for a level-3 support specialist to come lend a helping hand to the customer service team!

A typical day

  • Answer advanced questions about how to use Officevibe
  • Investigate and solve technical problems with the application
  • Provide valuable assistance to the level-1 support team
  • Participate in certain technical calls with clients
  • Seek out and find anomalies in our application
  • Sort out the code 18s from the real bugs
  • Develop tools to facilitate customer support

You are :

  • A ninja hacker who likes to solve all kinds of problems
  • Able to explain a problem and the solution to it in laymen’s terms
  • A disciplined and rigorous person, given the sensitivity of the information within your reach
  • A proactive person who doesn’t hesitate to question certain ways of doing things to increase efficiency
  • Familiar with web development, Visual Studio debugging, and MongoDB data manipulation
  • Experienced in .NET
  • Also experienced in IIS, O365, and Slack (assets)
  • Perfectly bilingual (both oral and written)
  • Happy in a constantly changing environment
