Officevibe is looking for a level-3 support specialist to come lend a helping hand to the customer service team!
A typical day
- Answer advanced questions about how to use Officevibe
- Investigate and solve technical problems with the application
- Provide valuable assistance to the level-1 support team
- Participate in certain technical calls with clients
- Seek out and find anomalies in our application
- Sort out the code 18s from the real bugs
- Develop tools to facilitate customer support
You are :
- A ninja hacker who likes to solve all kinds of problems
- Able to explain a problem and the solution to it in laymen’s terms
- A disciplined and rigorous person, given the sensitivity of the information within your reach
- A proactive person who doesn’t hesitate to question certain ways of doing things to increase efficiency
- Familiar with web development, Visual Studio debugging, and MongoDB data manipulation
- Experienced in .NET
- Also experienced in IIS, O365, and Slack (assets)
- Perfectly bilingual (both oral and written)
- Happy in a constantly changing environment
