This website is owned and operated by GSoft Group Inc. (hereinafter “GSoft”). By visiting our public website available at www.gsoft.com (hereinafter the “Website”), you agree to these Website Terms of Use and to the applicable Apricot privacy policy available at gsoft.com/en/privacy-policy/ (hereinafter the “Privacy Policy”). In the course of your interaction with GSoft through the Website, including, but not limited to, by subscribing to a newsletter or by downloading or viewing content, you agree that GSoft may collect and use your personal information in accordance with and for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
Proprietary Rights. All content, including without limitation, all text, design, graphics, photographs, code and software used or incorporated into the Website as well as the organization and presentation of such content are copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual properties owned or licensed by GSoft. “GSoft”, “www.gsoft.com” and other names, words, logos and images appearing on the Website are the property of GSoft and are subject to intellectual property rights held by GSoft. Jurisdiction and Governing Law. The laws of the Province of Québec shall apply to the interpretation of these Website Terms of Use notwithstanding any conflict of laws provisions. All proceedings relating to the Website or to these Website Terms of Use shall be brought exclusively before the courts of the Province of Québec in the judicial district of Montreal.
Amendments. If there is any material change in our Website Terms of Use, the revised statement will be posted on the Website.
